Dedicate some creative time to the things you didn't or haven't done. What you avoided, ideas you didn't pursue, things you chose not to say, etc.

Lost:

At a loss? Document only losses - lost objects, time, chances, patience, people, motivation, things forgotten, etc. Try, if you can, to view them in multiple lights other than what you might view as negative.

Done:

Instead of listing things you want to do in the future, create a reverse bucket list by listing past achievements, accomplishments, milestones, and memorable experiences.
