  • You get up, and you force yourself to do something, ANYTHING, that is NOT part of your routine.
  • Drive a different way to school or work.
  • Stop at a store you've never been to before.
  • Walk down your street and actually LOOK at everything that's on it.
  • Notice all the little things. "This person's mailbox is a different shade of white than that person's."
  • Go to the movies, even if it's by yourself.
  • Take up a hobby that forces you out of the house. Tai Chi maybe... also good for weight loss and keeping fit.
  • Go to the grocery store and buy something to cook that you've never cooked or eaten before.
  • Go buy a new shirt.
