vocalo

If you think the sound of your voice doesn't matter...

I've been collecting up used clothing, warm things, from workmates and family, which I was planning to donate to one of the services here that doles things out to the homeless.

The first place on my list is losing out to #2. When I called Place #1 to find out how best to drop the items off, she had a rude manner in answering the phone, which didn't stop anytime during the conversation, nor did she once say thank you. That's not a voice you want servicing the needy, nor as your public 'face'.

So, you lose out to the Good Shepherd, who were helpful and said thank you when I called them.
