WRONG! Ur as a substitute for "you're", "you are", or "your". Ever.

I am sick to death of seeing "ur" used in textual communications that are not mobile-phone based.

I am instantly put off of someone whose textual conversation is littered with this usage, and its equally revolting kin.

Good language skills are impressive. Poor language skills show a lack of caring and a lack of attention to detail. This does not say good things about you.
