If you could be a teenager living in any decade, which one would you choose?

Without any doubt I'd want to be a teen a few years ahead of the time I actually was one... say from 1975 to 1985 or so. Why? So I could have the chance to be a young person at CBGB's and in London while the punk movement really got going; watching bands like The Ramones, Television, The Clash, The Buzzcocks, The Stranglers (and the rest) hit the stage. I'd want to feel that energy myself.
