Places To Go Before I Shuffle Loose This Mortal Coil

• Uluru - because it is the dreaming, because it is the centre of all things.
• Death Valley, California - because it's breathtakingly gorgeous.
• Sydney, AU - for the fireworks on New Year's Eve, and for friends.
• Bourbon St, New Orleans - for cheap whiskey and the Tom Waits feeling, and Mardi Gras. (Sadly, this is now not likely ever to happen. I shall lament the lack of possibility.)
• Blarney Castle, Ireland - because I, too, wish to increase my gift of silver-tongued devilness.
• Hermitage, Russia - because it is one of the greatest stores of earthly artistic treasure ever.
• Arctic Circle - just because.
• Fraser Castle, Lovatt, Scotland - familial roots, and all that.
• Smithsonian Institute, USA - because it, too, is a treasure trove.
