A little bit of conflict (not necessarily bad conflict) is necessary in order to test one's mettle, in order to keep one fresh, in order to prevent stagnation. What's that old expression? A change is as good as a rest/holiday? It's true. And I am in serious need of a change of some kind, that isn't yet forthcoming, but it will.
