The biggest issue with me in regards to my relations with others, is not whether I can trust them, it's whether I can take comfort from them, in them. For me, those two things don't always walk hand in hand. It's easier for me to trust someone than it is for me to take comfort from them at times, and sometimes comfort is more important than trust.
