Ever notice how TV series will have certain catchphrases, certain words, that they use and use to death? I've been watching reruns of House online the past couple of days, and I've pretty much figured out what their overused phrases are:

• Lumbar puncture
• Ativan
• Lupus

I'll lay money on having heard those three things in almost every episode I've watched so far. There are a couple of others, but I can't recall them at the moment.

My grandmother watches The Young and the Restless religiously; so, whether I liked it or not, I got exposed to it. I noticed that their big catchphrase is "Dear God". That's the reaction every single one of them seems to have to almost any situation.
