I've said for years that I won't camp, and I suppose to a large degree that's probably still true; but I've been soured by poor partners in crime, to the thought of pitching tents and sleeping bags. I'd never thought of the cosy aspects of it all, the simplicity there is in finding a comfortable spot just to hang out for a night or three, the better aspects of close-quarters sharing.
