Lately, it seems I can't get away from Gary Numan's "Replicas" album. I get like that sometimes, get on kicks where it's one album, or artist, or even a single song, that I get hooked to and play incessantly. It has a lot to do with mood; music having a mood-altering power that almost nothing else (legal) on this planet does. It's also a question of comfort, which is also a question of mood. Some music is like your favourite bowl of soup or a pair of old jammies; it is comfortable, contenting, warm and smooth; your audial best friend.
